You will need: Lobster Salt Pepper Mutton Pepper Green sweet pepper Onion Mayonnaise Mustard Lemon Juice Directions:

  • Boil the lobster in its shell until it is well-cooked. Take out of the shell, cut in half, clean the lobster and cut it in small squared pieces. 

  • Cut up tiny squared pieces of sweet green pepper and onion. 

  • Add them to a bowl and add salt and pepper as much as wanted. 

  • Add to the mix in this bowl mayonnaise and a third of the mayonnaise amount in mustard until it has a sauce consistency. 

  • Add the lobster to the sauce and mix well. 

  • Add lemon juice to the lobster and mix well again. 

  • Refrigerate for an hour.

  • Serve with crackers or fried plantain.
