You will need: Lobster Salt Pepper Mutton Pepper Green sweet pepper Onion Mayonnaise Mustard Lemon Juice Directions:
Boil the lobster in its shell until it is well-cooked. Take out of the shell, cut in half, clean the lobster and cut it in small squared pieces.
Cut up tiny squared pieces of sweet green pepper and onion.
Add them to a bowl and add salt and pepper as much as wanted.
Add to the mix in this bowl mayonnaise and a third of the mayonnaise amount in mustard until it has a sauce consistency.
Add the lobster to the sauce and mix well.
Add lemon juice to the lobster and mix well again.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve with crackers or fried plantain.
