STEW CHICKEN


You will need:

Chicken wings and/or legs

Salt 

Pepper

Onion

Sweet Pepper

2 Tbsp of Mustard

Hot Pepper

Browning Sauce or Sugar

Vinegar

Lemon Juice

Coconut Oil


Directions:

  • Wash the chicken well with lemon juice and vinegar to get rid of the chicken smell.

  • Add coconut oil to a rondeau cooking pan and cook at low heat. 

  • Put the chicken in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, and mustard.

  • Cut the onion, sweet pepper and hot pepper into thin small squares and add to the chicken.

  • Cook the chicken on the coconut oil at medium-low heat and add the browning sauce or sugar until well cooked.
