You will need: Pick Crab Salt Pepper Coconut Oil 1 Tsp of Annatto Mutton Pepper (preferably "chile cabro" which is native in the Bay Islands)
Place the crab on a bowl and add salt and pepper as much as you'd like, also depending on how much crab you have.
Place the coconut oil on a frying pan and begin to heat.
When the coconut oil is hot add a teaspoon of annatto, tiny pieces of mutton pepper and cook for a minute.
Add the crab to the frying pan and cook in low heat until it is well-cooked.
