ISLAND FRUIT SALAD

You'll need:

1 Cream Cheese Bar (Philadelphia) 2 Medium Cans of Fruit Cocktail (Dole) 1 Can of Pineapple Chunks (Dole) 1 Can of Condensed Milk (Nestle) 1 Cool Whip 2 Cups of Pecans

Directions:

  • You blend the cream cheese and condensed milk together in a pan. 

  • Mash the pineapple until all the juice drains off it and throw the pineapple juice away. 

  • Add the pecans in small bits. 

  • Separate the fruits from the fruit cocktail until they are no longer dripping juice, avoid mashing the fruits. Throw away the juice. 

  • Add the fruits and cool whip to the mix. 

  • Freeze for an hour and serve.

*Ingredient brands in parenthesis are the ones used to make this exact Fruit Salad, however you can use others substitute brands.
