FRIED TUNA


Tuna

All you need is:

Tuna

Flour

Whole Seasoning

Ground Black Pepper

Lime Juice

Oil


Directions:

Put oil to fry in high heat.

Wash the fish in lime juice and cut into medium thick long fingers.

In a bowl mix flour, 2 tablespoons of whole seasoning and ground black pepper.

Fry floured fish in oil until lightly browned.

Remove from high heat and put to dry on a plate with towel paper.

Serve with sides.
