Ever wonder how the Caribbean natives take the coconut oil out of the coconut?
Well, here is how...
You will Need:
10 Dried Coconuts
2 Cups of Water
Extract the meat out of the coconut.
Grate the coconuts shell.
Squeeze the milk out of the meat by hand and add water to both.
When the coconut milk has been extracted, sieve it to remove impurities.
Boil on low for three hours until the oil floats atop.
Fry the oil until it browns a little and store in a container.
