12 Cups of all-purpose flour

2 Small packs of rapid rise instant yeast

14 oz of Coconut milk

2 1/4 Skim milk

1/2 Cup of Coconut oil

3/4 Cups of sugar

1 Tbsp. Salt


Combine both milks and heat on low on the stove.

Mix flour, yeast, coconut oil, salt and sugar.

Add the milk to the mixture little by little mixing it until the dough is formed.

Knead the dough and leave it to rise almost as twice as its original size.

Divide the dough into the size of the bread balls you want your coconut bread to be.

Place them on a buttered pan so they don't stick and let the rise or about 25 minutes.

Heat the oven to 350° fahrenheit.

Bake the bread or 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
