The Bay Islands' Cookbook

The table is a time machine.

First published in 2019, the cookbook is being redesigned and expanded to more than 85 recipes. Senior-year gastronomy students at UNITEC are standardising every recipe, and each one gains its nutritional values and the cultural history behind the dish.
